Steel Ladle Lining
Magnesia Carbon Bricks are made of magnesium oxide materials and carbon materials. They are widely used in the converter, electric arc furnace and steel ladle lining. In addition this kind of carbon composite refractories used in the slag line of refining steel ladle and positive results have been achieved.
Refractories for Converter Bottom
The quality of the refractories for converter bottom directly affects the lifetime of converter lining. Traditionally the working lining of the bottom of converter is masonry of 600-1000 mm magnesia carbon brick (or dolomite brick masonry, if the purity of steel is important).
